These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of early access to Launchfit and your subsequent use of the Launchfit service. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. The Early Access Payment

1.1 The $5 payment you make via our payment page is an early access reservation fee. It is not the price of a completed product, a subscription fee, or a perpetual licence.

1.2 THE $5 FEE IS NOT THE FINAL PRICE OF LAUNCHFIT. The full pricing structure — including the cost of individual scans, scan packs, and any plans — will be announced and published at the time of product launch. By completing payment, you confirm that you understand and accept this.

1.3 This early access offer is strictly limited to the first 100 users only. Places are allocated in the order payment is received. Once 100 reservations are confirmed, the $5 offer closes.

1.4 By paying the early access fee, you acknowledge that:

• You are reserving one of a maximum of 100 places as an early user of Launchfit, which is currently in pre-launch development
• The full product is not yet available and no specific launch date is guaranteed
• Pricing at launch may be significantly higher than the $5 early access fee
• You are not purchasing a subscription, a perpetual licence, or a guarantee of any particular feature set

2. What Your $5 Reservation Includes

As one of a maximum of 100 early users, your reservation entitles you to the following:

(a) Scan Credit at Launch — Your $5 reservation fee will be credited toward your first scan when the product launches. You will not be charged again for your first scan.

(b) Early User Status — You will receive access to the Launchfit product ahead of the general public.

(c) Product Input — You will be invited to vote on which security checks and features are prioritised during development.

(d) Founder Communication — You will have direct access to the founder via email throughout the build phase.

(e) Priority Launch Notification — You will be among the first 100 to be notified and given access when Launchfit launches.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 We offer a 90-day full refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of payment by emailing the address in Section 10.

3.2 Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of your request.

3.3 After 90 days, the early access reservation fee is non-refundable.

3.4 If Launchfit does not launch a working product within 12 months of your payment date, a full refund will be offered to all reservation holders regardless of the 90-day window.

4. Scanning Authorisation

4.1 When you use the Launchfit scanning feature, you confirm that you are the owner of, or have explicit written permission from the owner to scan, any codebase, application, or repository you submit.

4.2 You must not submit code or applications that you do not own or do not have authorisation to scan.

4.3 We reserve the right to decline any scanning request at our discretion.

4.4 Launchfit accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from the scanning of code you did not have authorisation to scan.

5. Nature of Scan Results

5.1 Launchfit provides automated security and QA scan results as guidance only. Results are not a guarantee that your application is secure, production-ready, or free from all vulnerabilities.

5.2 Scan results are not a substitute for a professional security audit, penetration test, or legal advice.

5.3 We accept no liability for any loss, damage, data breach, or harm arising from reliance on Launchfit scan results.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Any code, application, or repository you submit for scanning remains your intellectual property at all times.

6.2 We do not claim ownership of any code you submit, and will not use it for any purpose other than generating your scan results.

6.3 The Launchfit name, brand, scanning methodology, and all associated software are the intellectual property of Launchfit.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Launchfit or these Terms is limited to the amount you have actually paid to us — the $5 early access fee.

7.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

8. Changes to the Service

8.1 As Launchfit is in active development, the features, scope, and pricing of the service may change before and after launch.

8.2 We will notify you by email of any material changes that affect your reservation or your entitlements under Section 2.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
